Pieter De Temmerman is an investor in and board member of Permavia, where he has served on the board since November 2025. He is also the owner of Whidbey Venture Holdings, based in Kirkland, Washington.

From 2018 to 2022 he was Chief Operating Officer of LiveRamp B2B, building global solutions for B2B sales, marketing and analytics used by companies, agencies, platforms and data providers. He also served on Dun & Bradstreet's Partner Advisory Board.

Before joining LiveRamp, he co-founded Pacific Data Partners, a Seattle-based B2B data marketplace that LiveRamp, then part of Acxiom, acquired in 2018. Earlier he was a Vice President at Oracle Data Cloud.

He is passionate about the intersection of technology and its practical applications, with a focus on data and AI. He loves working with smart people, launching new products and crushing goals, and he helps the companies he backs build strong leadership teams and hire well.
